  • Project Manager

    We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of civil construction projects across Far North Queensland. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution - from scope and scheduling to stakeholder coordination, subcontractor management, and on-site delivery.

    Based: Gordonvale

  • Site Supervisor

    Based in our Gordonvale office, this full-time position plays a vital role in our operations, leading on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in line with quality and compliance standards.
    As a Site Supervisor, you will be hands-on with the day-to-day coordination of works, acting as the critical link between project managers and on-the-ground crews. You’ll take ownership of team performance, ensure compliance with all WHS and environmental obligations, and confidently manage project milestones from mobilisation to handover.

  • Civil Engineer

    We are seeking an experienced and driven Civil Engineer to join our growing team. Based in Cairns, with some flexibility for remote work, this is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional ready to play a key role in the planning, design, and delivery of diverse infrastructure projects across Far North Queensland and beyond.
